Refund policy

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@thefrasercollection.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 


If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
